Jake and his crew did a great job building our 40x60 barn. Half is a work area and the other side horse barn. The workmanship was great with great attention to detail. They were respectful, communicative, showed up on time for work and just a pleasure to have at our home. I would highly recommend Jake and his team for any building projects! I will be reaching out to them again for a possible addition!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jake! He is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to ensure we chose the perfect shingles that matched our house beautifully. What I appreciated most was that he never pushed us to make a decision or shared his personal opinions too strongly—he truly listened to our needs. The job was completed quickly, and the cleanup was impressive—everything was left spotless with no cigarette butts, nails, or pieces of shingles around. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jake to my family and friends!

We hired SimCon to build our garage, him and his crew were great. He built our garage in a timely matter, he does amazing work. Would hire him again in the future, highly recommend!

Hired SIMCON to build a 2 car garage and install a long new cement driveway. Jake Sims is the owner/contractor- he cares very much about the job he does for you!! He went over the contract expressing exactly what he would do and not do, how long it will take to complete, how much it will cost, when payment needed to be applied to what point of the contract, and also what he couldn't complete. Very knowledgeable about what he can legally do within the city of Lapeer within their laws. The crews that worked under/with Jake were just as professional and very respectful. They even made sure the work area was cleaned up once everything was done! I was very impressed by this young man and his staying in touch and advising me how things were going, any delays, any problems addressed with tact, and his caring about his performance of my project. I will return to this company again and again in the future!! You will not go wrong hiring SIMCON and Jake Simms!!

Jake and his crew do excellent work at reasonable prices and time frames. They've done quite a few jobs for myself, my family and my clients, and everyone has been very happy with quality of work!
